Vitiligo Treatment with Homeopathy - Real life experience

Things to avoid for Vitiligo - No Cola Drinks, No Fast Food, No fish.

Here is what my doctor asked me to avoid while undergoing vitiligo treatment.

For Vitiligo avoid the following:

  • Unripe fruits, sour fruits, sour curds ( yoghurt), anything excessively sour.
  • Fish and other marine food products
  • Avoid artificially flavoured drinks.
  • Avoid artificially coloured food products.
  • Junk Food.

I myself am very leary about advice given by some doctors. Maybe that's because I've run into so many bad ones. Also have heard of so many stories. One lady went to her doctor and he diagnosed her Vitiligo as an allergy, told her it would clear up within a month or two. I had a Dermatologist within the last year tell me there was no cure, that there were a couple of treatments but they didn't really work. I had another Dermatologist give me suntan-block and instructed me to put it over my normal color skin. I made him repeat that one. He said that way I wouldn't ever get a tan and then the Vitiligo would hardly show up.
Most of the items mentioned above to avoid is pure HOGWASH and have nothing to do with Vitiligo. I know of a few cases where individuals have never had junk food, at least in previous years on a farm there was no McDonalds, candy stores, Lil Debbie's Snacks or Pizza. My worst years of rapid spreading were during periods that I hadly ever ate fish, hardly ever had any junk food and my drinks mostly consisted of water, milk and maybe Kool-aid. We were very poor during that time and we never had money to waste on junk food. I'm not saying "Junk Food" is good for you but it has nothing to do with Vitiligo.  Then for the last 30 years I have eaten junk food almost steadily in addition to large quantities of all the items listed, fish and other marine products, artificially flavored drinks, artificially colored food products and also realized that I loved sour and unripe fruits and yes my Vitiligo continued to spread but probably at a slower rate than ever.  I have never read such foolishness and I have read many, many, many things about Vitiligo.

That is a bunch of bull ***. Eat what ever you like and keeps you healthy. My sister and mother for 30 years now,  have been  restricting these foods and they have more problems now and yes, these never controlled the spread of lucoderma. These  so called docs have no clue.

Tan , Dye is the best siolution to conceal the white spots , if they work.

I absolutely agree with what ALLLLL of you are saying. As I have visited with numerous doctors and read numerous articles about things that will help and wont help. Most of them are bogus.

In fact, I origninally was told that Vitamin C was known to inhibit the growth of pigment, so surely enough I avoided Vitamin C for about 2 or 3 months. I am young, ans was fairly stupid, but I would have rather died then lived with vitiligo on my face forever.
However, after two years of suffering, I found Dr. Li. Shes not a regular doctor. She is a herbal doctor. She told me to eat basically anything that was naturally healthy. She encouraged fruits and vegetables. She HIGHLY recommended certain foods, such as beans, green vegetables, wheat, and others. She did claim however to AVOID SPICY FOOD. She also had me on Vitamin C supplements, and guess what, I am almost FULLY RECOVERED. Its truly amazing.

Email Dr. Li. She is a special person. She will respond to you. Her website is merryclinic.com. She has an online consultation. She is truly special; she saved my life.

News

There has been lots of discussions and many hopes are given that homeopathy can treat vitiligo. But it is hard to find someone who can come out and speak out. So no one knows the actual success rate. For the benefits of our viewers and for myself, I have arranged to get a homeopathy treatment for my vitiligo. I will talk about it as the days pass. I am going to keep a blog of all my experiences and I hope the viewers would benefit from the outcome of my case, I hope it is positive. So bless me all.
