Hello to all.

I'm Mr. M

I have vitiligo since 2006 and did not go to bad untill this month my hands are almost  totally white and another big pacht apeared on my neck. and my mouth is showing some decoloration.

I had use (some times) a home made paste with mustard, black pepper, ginger and red clay and worked good. I heard vitamin B12 works good againt vitiligo so I started taking it.

My dermatologist gave me PROTOPIC OINTMENT 0.1% and helped me to maitain my vitiligo under control.

I,m searching and trying new natural alternatives with great hope and I know I will find a cure for this and I will share it with all of you my brothers and sisters, I know God will help me to rearch this goal, I will keep you updated.

I know a bit about vitiligo, as my mate has suffered for years. She has tryed different kind of paste, ungvents but never really get any better. I was facing vitiligo spots for 2years (In the mid of 2007).

Vitiligo spots completely destroyed my all the hopes and dreams. I had these spots on different areas of my body. When I notice the first spot on my hand, many of them said to me it’s Vitiligo and advised me for a doctor, I was devastated to listen the name of this disease first time in my life and contacted a local doctor immediately. He said that the white patches had appeared probably due to a calcium deficiency in my body and comforted me that there was nothing serious. I was put on a high calcium dose, but with in a few days the white patches started spreading to other parts of my body. I then contacted a dermatologist in my city. He diagnosed me with Vitiligo. I was very shattered.

The dermatologist gave me a dose to take thrice a day and 2 creams that had to be applied early in the morning and late at night. The process of  applying the cream was very difficult. First, I had to take a bath and then apply the cream on the affected area. After that it was necessary to sit in the early sunlight for 20 to 30 minutes. Then again at night, I had to take a bath and wash the cream completely before applying a coat of the other cream. The cream irritated my skin and if it touched the normal skin, it would cause dark patches there. Even after such an irritating and long procedure the results were not satisfactory.
