Re: Pigmentum - Has anyone had sucess with this?

    Hey Raj,

No problem. The L-Phenylanine cream is in a cream called progesterone cream.  It is good for the skin as well.  My wife uses it on her stretch marks.  You can use any good progesterone cream.  L-Phenylanine is a amino acid found naturally in *** milk which aids in depression as well as other benefits.  You can also take Colostrum as well.  A research has shown that most vit patience were NOT fed their mothers *** milk as babies and this in turn dropped a lot of defenses in our bodies.

Colostrum Colostrum is the first milking substance in mother's milk. It is rich in natural immune agents such as immunoglobulins IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG and IgM (as well as antibodies from diseases that mom was exposed to), interferon, lactoferrin (a potent, natural antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory) vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and growth-enhancing factors. It triggers over 50 immune and growth processes in newborns. Colostrum supplements help to regulate the immune system and inhibit the growth of a wide variety of harmful pathogens.

Colostrum is nature’s original prescription for health. Biologically active colostrum helps stimulate a compromised immune system or modulate an overactive immune response as occurs with all autoimmune disorders. It is helpful for all autoimmune and gastrointestinal disorders.

Colostrum accelerates healing of all body tissue, helps weight reduction and increases bone and lean muscle mass.

According to the well-known naturopathic physician, Dr. Bernard Jensen, from VitraTox colostrum has a therapeutic role to play with heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, allergies, bacterial, viral and parasitic infections, gingivitis, colds and the flu. Colostrum also has powerful antioxidant properties, is anti-inflammatory and a source of many vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids if it is unprocessed and in its original natural state.

I would love to know the progress of your vit repigmentation.  Please keep us informed.  I am just taking it one day at a time and being patient and not using anymore products such as Pigmentum Inc or Vitiligo Tabs that claim to have the cure all to Vitiligo.  I believe and from my experience that it is an array of different things that you have to take and do to recover.  Also, if you haven't looked into it, the XTRAC is a good choice too, kind of expensive here in the states for 1 treatment but is well worth it from what I have seen.  I haven't used it yet but am considering that as well after my trial with the protopic that I will start using in September.

    Hi Bryant,

Which products are you using for colostrum and progesterone?  I may only get the colostrum however; I may read a little more as I am lactose intolerant.  May not be a good idea to take colostrum.  Do you know if colostrum is suitable for lactose intolerant individuals?

Hi, Just saw this which seems to be OK for lactose intolerance.  Contains no milk.  What do you think?

Re: Pigmentum - Has anyone had sucess with this?

    Hey Raj,
How's it going?  I checked out the link you sent and it says that it is has more Bovine Serum than Colostrum.  I believe that is excellent since you are lactose intolerant.  I see that this product is new so I have no experience with it.  I think I will do some research on it and maybe replace it with the Colostrum that I am using. Bioactive Colostrum and KAL Progesterone Cream.  Ok, let me know what happens and keep up your search and persistence to fight vitiligo.

Re: Pigmentum - Has anyone had sucess with this?

    Hi to all

New to the forum, researching about what else vitiligo. I'm a 36 year old male, and developed the condition just over 6 months ago. I was up skiing, and when I returned, just like that my hands and fingers were spotted - not all over though. I vistited a Derm, who gave me Betnovate. I saw some brownish pigments at first, then stopped the cream and things worsened. Few more small white spots on hands and fingers, elbows, left leg and under left armpit. The doc suggested folic acid and vitamins which laziness prevented me of taking them, and Protopic cream, which I never took cause of the possibility of developing cancer - I've a daughter and I wanna be healthy for her. No one in my family or imediate relatives has the condition, only a cousin of mine who developed it righta after her father passed away. So I attribute all this to stress, since I have a very light history of panic attack too.

Point is I new to the vitiligo research, from what I've read, I'll start TaiChi to control stress, will diet do blood tests and take vitamins.

Through my limited web search I bumped onto someone called Dr. Rajesh Shah who practicises homeopathy and runs a site: leucoderma.com - Does anybody know this guy or had any experience with his medication?

Sorry for the long post - but I had to introduce myself. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Bryant, let me know if yo buy the product.  Also the Bio-Chelate.  Is it safe?  I am not sure I have heavy metal issues so not sure if I shoudl take it,  What has your research come up with?  Will it help regardless if I have metal toxicity issues or not.

Re: Pigmentum - Has anyone had sucess with this?

Hi there, I am a 38 year old man & have had vitiligo for at least twenty years now, it covers my face, hands, groin, knees, elbows, feet yes pretty much 60% of my body!Crying [:'(]Angry [:@]

I also stupidly saw pigmentums site & was taken in by it Buying 4 packets of the tablets! I have been using it for 3 months at 2tabs x3 daily, now with NO effect, I thought I found a miracle cure for this sole distroying disease only to find this site too late on in the day!. What a con. Through out my life I have been bullied at school being treated like I had leporasie & now I still get odd question from my childrens friends & parents!!. It is a real kick in the teeth for me & I feel so stupid that I didnt do any proper research. I couldn't really afford this treatment but I saw a life line.  I see that a few of you have shared my experience's & have found other treatments, are they cheap & are they available in the uk? I feel that I have let myself down & my family by being sucked in by this.

Re: Pigmentum - Has anyone had sucess with this?

    Hi All

I just thought to inform you something about the DOC's in the UK (ENGLAD)

After reading some of Raj's topics, as well as others, it is adviced to go the doc and let yourself check out for the following:

    - Thyroid
    - Liver
    - Gemma GT (whatever this is, i dont know)

Anyway, I saw my GP today and I said ... I wanna make a blood test to examine the following (as mentioned above) and he asked "why I wanna do that" so I said "well, it's cos I have this sh!tty VITILIGO and wanna ensure myself that I am allright and not lacking on any vitamines or whatever... and he goes "and what kind of vitamines are you talking about" ...

At that moment I was thinking "f..ing hell, are you the GP (DOC) or is it me" lol
So I replyed... "vitamine such as B12?" and he goes "aha I see... but have you not seen any Doc about Vitiligo before" then I said "sure, but she said that there is NOTHING you can do" then he replyed "YES THATS TRUE ... we the DOC;s are not stupid"

I was going to say "well you seem to be a bit stupid and stuborn" cos he was talking to me like a *** but anyhow... as I could tell from his acting is that the Blood Test would not really show anything POSITIVE which could cure the vitiligo.

He pissed me off anyway.... so yeh!
Did anyone from you had a blood test and got the results about the things as above!?

Does actually a blood test diagnose/analyse about all the folloings ?!:

    - Liver / Thyrooid / Gemma GT / Chorestorol Level / Vitamines Level

    ========================

    Rocketman

I know how you feel cos I feel sh!t too and have this Vitiligo since about 3 years or so!
I seen a chiniese , who got his own "treatment place" and he gave me some tablets to take... he promised that it will help but it takes its time ... I been taking the tabs since 3 months now and cannot really tell any improvements :S I also purchased the oil from Antivilitio (dot) com  .... using the oild since a month now and still nothing !!

Guess it may be a bit too early to expect any improvements...
Apparently the oil helps too mmmmm

I JUST WONDER, why do people like CHINESE have stuff and they even say that it can help to get back the pigmentation and when you listen to western doc's like in UK, they make you feel much worse as you already feel .... as if they do not really give a sh!t what you are going through.

    hmmmm

Re: Pigmentum - Has anyone had sucess with this?

I really get nervous when people start talking about popping pills from some far off land.  I think that only your dermotologist or family physician should really be giving you anything to take in that form.  Keep your online orders to all natural creams, oils, etc.  At least you know they are all natural.

    Vitamin D

I think FISH is very rich in Vitamin D but I have been told by a chinas clinic (where I went to check about the Vitiligo) not to eat fish and they said I should avoid such food as :

    - Eggs
    - Sea Food (Fish, prans etc etc)
    - Meat (appart from chicken)
    - Spicy food

What other product would be high in Vitamin D ?!
Where do you take 5.000 mg Vitamine D !?

    thanks
