I was just diagnosed with Vitiligo yesterday. I noticed the white spot on my face 2 months ago, so I guess I haven't had it that long.

I was prescribed Protopic, with the possibility of light treatments later if Protopic "doesn't work".

Will the pigment of the whole area return uniformly, or will the spot stay white, but shrink in size? Is it possible that the spot will go away completely?

So far, using protopic and phototheray are the best treatments for my vitiligo.

I got few brown spots on the bigger white spot. Slowly the brown spot grows bigger and covers the whole white area.

For some small white spots it shrinked and covered the whole white spots.
