In answer to your last post. I guess I cannot stress enough the importance of eating a well balanced meal. That includes myself. You have to decide between celery and carrot strips or a bag of potato chips . I try to exercise everyday, eat as many fruits and vegetables as I can. I am into juice drinks inluding one called GoChi. I also take multivitamins.In the last couple of months I have noticed that my skin has finally started to freckle.
