Does Michael Jackson use Monobenzylether of Hydroquinone?

I'm currently doing some research on Michael Jackson as part of a large project to defend him (in various areas of his life, not just with vitiligo) and I need to know some stuff about this drug as it's been thought that he uses this drug as treatment for his vitiligo after it affected 50+% of his body.

Can your body naturally, sporadically repigment some spots after using this drug? Or does the drug sometimes not work on some spots?

I'm asking this mainly because there are still brown spots on MJ and I'd like to have a solid defense as to why -- especially if MoH really does eliminate all pigmentation and keep it off permanently...
